The company operates over 10,000 m² of modern production facilities, including 2,000 m² of cleanrooms, equipped with advanced manufacturing and inspection equipment. We are certified to IATF 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, and all products comply with ROHS, REACH, and FDA standards.

Green Attributes of PTFE Materials
PTFE is a recyclable fluoropolymer material that supports the circular economy. Its excellent corrosion resistance and long service life reduce replacement frequency and overall resource consumption. High-performance PTFE tubing can also replace metal pipes, helping lower energy use and pollution associated with metal smelting.

Currently, we have a research team consisting of 5 senior engineers and 5 technicians. We have made significant breakthroughs in the development of medical PTFE pipes.
Advanced Mechanical Equipment
To meet the diverse needs of customers for Ptfe products.There are equipments including more than 45 extrusion pipeline production lines, 10 baking machines, 30 CNC lathes, and 12 sets medical-grade pipe production machines that ensure product competitiveness.
Quality Certification
Standard PTFE tubing has passed RoHS, REACH, FDA, and other certifications, and PTFE medical tubing has passed biocompatibility testing. After rigorous quality and reliability testing, this product has successfully obtained an excellent quality certification.
Factory Production Capacity
Our annual production capacity has reached 120 tons/month, capable of meeting the needs of large-scale orders. We have 26 standard production lines and 15 custom production lines to meet diverse customer customization requirements. Our first-pass yield rate (first-pass percentage) remains above 98%, minimizing rework waste. Furthermore, we have the capability to quickly respond to market changes and flexibly adjust production plans according to customer needs.
All products are custom-sized. Please inform us of your required dimensions before providing a quote. The minimum order quantity for standard sizes is 10 kg/piece; the minimum order quantity for special sizes will depend on your specific dimensions. We have a rapid response capability, with standard product order delivery time shortened to 3 days.
