Pure PTFE sheets: They have the highest purity, consisting almost entirely of PTFE and offer extremely strong corrosion resistance, resisting strong acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.

 
 

Compounded PTFE sheets: These are made by adding other materials to pure PTFE, commonly including carbon fiber, glass fiber, graphite, and bronze powder etc. This will enhance the wear resistance, strength, or thermal conductivity by adding different materials.

 
 

PTFE moulded sheets: The PTFE resin is firstly moulded using a molding process at room temperature, then sintered and cooled.

 
 

PTFE skived sheets: The PTFE resin is firstly pressed,then sintered, and finally skived into required thickness.The thickness can be very thin (0.1-6.5mm), with high precision and a smooth surface.
