Product Details

Our molded PTFE hollow tube rods are designed for demanding industrial environments where corrosion resistance, dimensional stability, and reliable performance are essential. Produced using high-purity PTFE material, these rods offer excellent resistance to aggressive chemicals and extreme temperatures ranging from -200°C to +260°C.

The hollow construction reduces weight and material costs while providing sufficient strength for machining into custom components. The rods are easy to machine using CNC equipment and are widely used in chemical processing, semiconductor manufacturing, electrical insulation, food processing, medical equipment, and fluid handling systems.

Manufactured from 100% virgin PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) resin, our molded hollow rods deliver consistent quality and long service life. It does not absorb moisture, resists UV exposure and weathering, and maintains stable performance under continuous high temperatures.
