The Teflon Round Rod 25mm Diameter 6ft Length is made from virgin PTFE and is suitable for machining parts that require chemical resistance, electrical insulation, and low friction. The standard size is 25mm (0.984") in diameter and 6ft (1828.8mm) in length, with custom sizes available upon request.
PTFE remains stable in temperatures from -200°C to 260°C and is resistant to most acids, alkalis, solvents, and industrial chemicals. It does not absorb moisture and performs well in wet, corrosive, and high-temperature environments.
This 25mm PTFE rod is commonly machined into bushings, bearings, rollers, valve seats, seals, insulating parts, and other precision components. It can be cut, drilled, turned, and CNC machined to meet different application requirements.
In addition to virgin PTFE, filled grades including glass fiber, carbon, graphite, bronze, and MoS₂ are available for applications that require higher wear resistance or improved mechanical strength.
